The Directory maintains your collection of wireless contacts
The Messages window allows you to manage your own custom messages for your business use. Messages defined with Courier21 are composed of two parts. The first part is referred to as the Description. The Description is provided so that you can characterize each message with a unique form of detail. The second part is referred to as the Message and it is the actual body of the message that you will send.
The purpose of the Message window is to allow you to pre-define an unlimited number of messages that you anticipate sending out and possibly repeating. Once you define a message Description and it's Message body the message is permanently stored and available for reuse simply by selecting the Description.
The SMS Editor window is where you compose your SMS message. As you select contacts from the Directory window and a message from the Messages window you will start to see the SMS Editor window populate with your selections.

You must navigate back to the Directory to add or remove contacts. However, you are free to change the message data before sending your message.
The Scheduler window lists all SMS messages that you have composed and scheduled to be sent at a later time. The listing displays the date and time the message is scheduled to be sent. The list also shows the contact(s) the message will be Sent To. The list will display a brief excerpt of the Message along with the Repeat pattern if the message is a recurring (repeating) message.
The Activity Log window displays a list of all the message transactions that have been processed by Courier21. The list includes both successful and failed send message transactions. The list information consists of the date the message was sent, the status of where it was successful or failed, the sender defined when composing the message, and a brief excerpt of the message.
